Personality:
To say Grimmjow has an anger problem is a bit like saying the surface of the sun is warm. His first reaction to just about anything is anger, or confusion followed closely by anger. Despite his predisposition towards making his attitude everyone else's problem, he reserves his violent outbursts for people who in his mind deserve it. Anyone who threatens his home, or his ability to face off with Ichigo Kurosaki again will find themselves introduced to the business end of his claws, or what little remains of them.

To say he's obsessed with Ichigo is perhaps putting it mildly. At first it was just a desire to remove an obstacle, to deal with someone that no one else seemed to recognize was a real, viable threat. Even though Grimmjow was able to defeat Ichigo the first two times they met, he was convinced that leaving him alive was a mistake. It was on their third confrontation that things changed -- Ichigo defeated him, but refused to kill him. Worse, he treated Grimmjow with kindness, and promised a rematch. After thousands of years living in a world where you literally ate other souls to get ahead, being left alive, being treated like he mattered was enough to cement Ichigo into the forefront of his mind. He is determined to get stronger, until he's able to once again defeat Ichigo show him that leaving an enemy alive is never a wise idea.

Because he came from such a violent and unforgiving world, having only a handful of people he could actually trust, Grimmjow always puts his most aggressive foot forward. If you're not big and bad enough to actually beat the snot out of someone, best to bluff them into believing you can. Because of this he conceals weaknesses, lies about failures, and otherwise does everything he can to ensure people will think he's as big and bad as he acts like he is. (And to be entirely fair, he really is a very dangerous opponent... or he was, before he got sucker-punched with a dose of humanity.)

There's just one problem with that: he's been made human, made whole. For the first time in his memory, he has a heart. This alone is going to cause considerable changes to his personality -- his hunger for souls is gone, replaced with an only occasional hunger for food. The quiet ache of his missing heart faded to nothing rather quickly, and the new, gentler emotions that come with a heart will take him by surprise. Especially when he finds he kind of... maybe... likes them. Ew.

Despite being a hothead and often jumping into a fight without taking the time to get the lay of the land, Grimmjow isn't the dumb brute he appears to be. His perception is often at its peak in the heat of battle, and allows him to even make insights about his enemies that they haven't realized about themselves yet. He recognized Ichigo as a threat from the moment he laid eyes on the redhead, and in their first battle realized Ichigo's bankai was causing Ichigo recoil damage, something that even Ichigo had yet to realize.

Essentially, for the purposes of this game, you can assume Grimmjow is a feral cat, used to living on the streets and now being slowly, painfully reintroduced to people. You can expect lots of biting and scratching until he finally mellows out a little. Just remember, the tummy is always a trap.
